Event Details

Our brief was to create an awards ceremony and party for 400 guests that would WOW an audience and keep them entertained throughout the evening. The set had to fill the huge space and double as the evening entertainment backdrop.

Concept / Solution
Working for another event management company, Planet Pursuits was brought in to work on the look and feel of the event. A bespoke set was created with two lecterns, one for each of the awards presenters. A huge rear projected screen was installed with a live video feed and follow spotlight to film the winners walk to the stage.

A myriad of lighting was then added, including a massive ceiling colour wash, along with a colossal PA that would not fail to create an impact in this former railway station.

The result was truly awesome and ended with a party atmosphere to dance the night away.
