Event Details

Our client was a venue agent who was handling this aspect of a larger global event. Initially Planet Pursuits were brought into consult on a team building event to support the conference.

However the venue itself presented problems to host 450 delegates. On suggesting a few alternative ideas we were given the contract to manage the entire conference.

The venue, whilst just large enough, was long and narrow. To ensure audience involvement we constructed a series of relay and plasma screens down the room. Participation was enhanced by giving all delegates voting style feedback controls.

Extra staff and delegation points were positioned to facilitate the smooth running of arrival and departure points and handing out conference packs.
