Forest Theme Party
Unique big reveal forest theme party requiring end-to-end event management at the Four Pillars Hotel, Cotswolds
The Client
Guests: 250
Event: Forest Theme Party
Venue: Four Pillars Cotswold Waterpark Hotel
Event Objective
Our client's brief was to create a surprise 'pop up' forest theme party at the Four Pillars Cotswold Waterpark Hotel, near Swindon. The problem was creating the big reveal in an adjacent room without the guests knowledge of the event.
Event Solution
The solution was to keep the party hidden, as if it was a separate event, with curious guests being told we were building a garden exhibition whilst working through the night to install a full forest theme party.
Result
Guests were blown away after dinner with the big reveal, as they were encouraged to take a step into a magical forest - via a six metre starlit tunnel. Guests partied the night away in the forest, complete with silent disco, cocktail bar, fire pit and mini golf. The party also extended outside with a chill-out area around a fire pit with additional entertainment. To save our clients venues costs, we operated a second crew to remove the party on completion of the event.
"Thank you again to you and team for your time and commitment at our event. You worked so hard to make our vision come to light, went above and beyond, true professionals and creative geniuses and the event is still being talked about nearly a week later!"
Where we made the difference!
This was a great theme, and we'd never done one before, so we are keen to get involved. Where we made the differencE, we knew the element of surprise was the most important part of this event, especially as guests were using the adjacent room for a meeting. Guests were kept in the dark, as they thought we were setting up a Garden Trade Fair. We even managed to build a 6-metre tunnel from the room they were working in into the party space. The result: a spectacular surprise big reveal party.
