OBJECTIVE
Our client's brief was to create a surprise 'pop up' forest theme party at the De Vere Cotswold Waterpark Hotel, near Swindon. The problem was creating the big reveal in an adjacent room without the guests knowledge of the event.
SOLUTION
The solution was to keep the party hidden, as if it was a separate event, with curious guests being told we were building a garden exhibition whilst working through the night to install a full forest theme party.
RESULT
Guests were blown away after dinner with the big reveal, as they were encouraged to take a step into a magical forest - via a six metre starlit tunnel. Guests partied the night away in the forest, complete with silent disco, cocktail bar, fire pit and mini golf. To save our clients venues costs, we operated a second crew to remove the party on completion of the event.
