The Event Brief

Not all our events are big! Our client RWE wanted us to rapidly transform their office foyer into a fabulous Oktoberfest party!

Our Event Solution

With little notice and working around the staff in this busy hub, we managed to create a great Bavarian party atmosphere, with lots of entertainment and plenty of beer. The result, a low budget high impact event.

So here's how we made an impact with this low-budget event.

Removing lots of Anglo-German bunting to lower the ceiling height
Creating an episode with Bavarian beer cellar tables
Making the moment festive with these table balloon arrangements
Handing out Bavarian-themed props, including hats
Serving all the beer in Stein-style 2 pint glasses
Serving bratwurst sausages and dirty fries on the menu
Supplying a German umpah-pah band as the entertainment
