The event brief
Not all our events are big! Our client RWE wanted us to rapidly transform their office foyer into a fabulous Oktoberfest party! We all know that not all events have big budgets., sometimes you just have to think on your feet and deliver a cost-effective solution for your clients. This one certainly tested our team, and we really enjoyed delivering a brilliant Oktoberfest for our client.
Our event solution
With little notice and working around the staff in this busy hub, we managed to create a great Bavarian party atmosphere, with lots of entertainment and plenty of beer. The result, a low budget high impact event.

So here's how we made an impact with this low-budget event.

-
Removing lots of Anglo-German bunting to lower the ceiling height
-
Creating an episode with Bavarian beer cellar tables
-
Making the moment festive with these table balloon arrangements
-
Handing out Bavarian-themed props, including hats
-
Serving all the beer in Stein-style 2 pint glasses
-
Serving bratwurst sausages and dirty fries on the menu
-
Supplying a German umpah-pah band as the entertainment

The difference we bring
Our clients don't just come to us with big budgets. They come to us because they know we are creative with our solutions. This particular event posed us quite a few problems, but working with our client, we decided to use their atrium for this party, saving them thousands in venue fees, it just needed a little bit of logistic planning. The difference we bring is that our team has so much experience in designing not just the theme, but everything that wraps around that theme, the food, the design, the entertainment, the event styling - it all adds to the event atmosphere.
Are you planning a party? We'd love to hear from you.
