Objective: Competitive team event with improvement outcomes

Delegates:  30 -  100+ delegates  6-8 per team

Duration: 1-1.5 hours

Location: Indoor or Outdoors

Style: Cost-effective, fast paced, engaging, fun, competitive, team work

This competitive team build  is both low impact and fun. It consists of a series of tasks team players have to complete within 60 seconds. Each team member takes part and as they rotate they learn from the experience and foster new approaches to the same problem. This event promotes communication, creativity of approach, great team work, embracing coaching and encouraging team participation.
