Brief:  21st Birthday - Pastel inspired spring Secret Garden 

Location: Downhall Hotel

OBJECTIVE

Our VIP client commissioned our event planning services to create a bespoke 21st Birthday Party. with the brief that her daughter loves pastel colours.. Our first big obstacle was the install and removal time of just 18 hours to accommodate the hotels busy spring wedding season.. An alternative venue was not an option.

 

SOLUTION

After extensive consultations with our client in understanding her daughter,, pastel became a spring (pastel inspired) secret garden. To achieve this we installed five giant cherry blossoms to create that instant wow factor. We combined it with incredible  tables scape design, echoing the pastel theme, a balloon shimmer wall arch, a green reveal wall and adding lots of finishing touches, like chillout areas, games and amazing entertainment. The night ended with a magnificent fireworks display in the grounds of Downhall Hotel, Essex..​

 

RESULT

The result was the WOW factor we were looking for and because we hid the event behind garden inspired reveal wall, guests were just blown away by the detail. Human hedges came alive and complimented the champagne meet and greet and a stunning balloon and shimmer wall backdrop provided the welcoming selfie opportunity, creating an immediate birthday party atmosphere. Every detail of the event was tailored (and enhanced) to our clients specific requests, right down to the choice of cutlery, plates. and menu. Of course no birthday could be complete unless we ended it with a spectacular fireworks show.
