The Event Brief
Our private client approached us to create a bespoke surprise 70th birthday party for her husband. The task was made all the more difficult as her husband was quite the action man and he's in the event business! So what do you create for the man who has done and seen everything in our business?
The Event Solution
Our approach was to keep it simple, fun and entertaining. So we designed a bespoke evening celebrating his many successes in a tongue and cheek kind of way. We followed our gut feeling on this one after we had extensive talks with the birthday boy's wife. It was clear that he was a "been there, done that" type of guy, so we had to make sure this was delivered in a entertaining light way.

A surprise flame throwing reception entrance for the star guest

James Bond theme interior including Jaws and Odd Job and we dressed all the staff as Blofeld

The result was a truly spectacular and intimate evening with selected family and friends.

Our added value for our VIP client
To a lesser event company, this might sound like a daunting party to arrange, especially for a VIP client that has been there, done that, but for us, it was an exciting new challenge. Our added value for this event for our VIP client was in the personalization of the event, understanding our client's brief, and understanding who the event is for. The detailing on this event was important, including the personalised posters, the sophisticated drinks reception, a sparkling reception for the birthday boy, the bespoke cake, engaging guests at dinner with Bond villains and delivering a Tina Turner experience. Not all our events are large, and this one was certainly one of our favourites.
