This highly collaborative, low impact, experiential team build event, sees a team work as one to build a physical bridge. Teams are asked to stay focused on the objective 'to get everyone across' . The Bridge metaphorically represent any strategic business obstacle e.g. where we are today as a team, organisation, or company and where we want to get to! It asks teams to evaluate what they need as an organisation to 'bridge the gap'. But. when they are split into teams, will they demonstrate the collaborative effort it takes to achieve an objective?
The Bridge is seemingly a simple task, but will your team remain strategically focused to achieve the objective with optimum operational efficiency?
The Bridge team building event has been one of our most successful experiential events ever. Successfully undertaken by corporate leadership teams, executives, MBA students, and UK military organisations.
What does this event look like?
The Bridge can operate as a standalone challenge event as part of your management leadership day.
Alternatively, our facilitator Simon Maddison can extend this event into a programed leadership event with warm-up exercises leading ultimately to The Bridge Challenge.
