The Event Brief
Our regular client Intuit, gave us the task to jazz up their Christmas party with the classic 007 Bond theme at the HAC, London. The brief was particularly challenging, given the six hour install and two hour strike.
The Event Solution
Despite the challenging install time and London logistics, we have run over a hundred James Bond parties, so this was really a breeze for us.

Luckily for us, our clients were open to all our ideas and didn't skimp on the budget, so we were able to install the following items that made it such a successful event.

Welcome reception with a Daniel Craig lookalike and Aston Martin Vantage at the party entrance point

Reception area flagged by two flame effect towers

Walther PPK ice sulpture as a focal point for the main dining room

Cool 007 cocktail bar and 007 go-bo's serving martinis shaken not stirred

Snow Zone themed arcade area

Our added value at this event
Whilst we are used to working with the events team at Intuit QuickBooks, our added value is that we can bring expertise in terms of design, entertainment, and logistics planning for this event. This frees up the Intuit team to focus on internal marketing events. Once the in-house team had found the venue and we had site visited together and brainstormed the event design, theme, and guest experience we were very much left to manage this event on behalf of our client. Our client focused on the marketing of the event, the invitations, and the guest coordination. It was a perfect dovetail event.
