Brief: UK Roadshow for Intuit QuickBooks Cloud Accounting software

Location: Various UK, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow

​Style: Pop up roadshow, demo stations, accounting events and multi-city conference 

 

THE CLIENT

Our client Intuit QuickBooks (UK) dominates the cloud accounting software space and during a strategic push into the UK they employed Planet Pursuits to event manage and deliver this multi-dimentional programme across the UK.

THE BRIEF

This particular brief was to create engage with existing customers and prospects with an interactive Cloud Accounting Roadshow event. The event was broken down into a number of engagement events including:

​

• A calendar of pop up roadshow, where smaller accountancy prospects could improve their Cloud Accountancy awareness

• A series of tradeshow events to extend QuickBooks marketing reach

• A twelve date conference roadshow aimed at accountancy firms

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Our responsibility was to strategically event management and coordinate this entire event including, design, build and delivery into multiple UK venues over a 24 month period.
