Event Brief
Our Client decided to scrap the traditional Christmas party theme and go for a 'Colourful Christmas' party. The problem was they were tight on budget and to make an impact we had to pull on our creative resources. They were looking for full event management support, including supplier co-ordination, event theming, build, strike and venue liaison.
Event Solution
Luckily we knew the venue very well, having done hundreds of Christmas parties there before. After discussions about our Celebration of Colour theme, which we have used very effectively for another well known brand, they just went for it.
Result
The result was a stunning, colour drenched, party interior, which not only looked spectacular, it created a warm and intimate space for our party revellers to relax and unwind. Knowing budgets were tight, we achieved this by fully draping the room in full length silks, using existing chairs with white covers and colourful sashes and reducing the ceiling height with a swath of chinese lanterns.​​ To finish the room off, we table scaped it with colourful glassware and brought in a huge mirror ball to set the party theme.
