Team building format
Brand is one of our most successful large scale collaborative events. This fast paced engaging team build will help you re-visit your corporate values, as you examine what it means to be part of your organisation. Teams complete collaborative tasks and earn cubes, which they use to' Build your Brand'. A powerful 360 opportunity for management to engage its employees and receive insightful feedback.
How it works?
This entire event takes place indoors with teams of 8-10 delegates operating around circular tables. Our event host will MC this team building event from a stage where there will be a giant countdown timer for each activity.

Each activity is designed to exercise and emphasise a company value, but also to foster team spirit and a collaborative approach, whilst maintaining an engaging, fun, high-impact environment.
​
Each successful activity ends with a team cube on which they must answer a feedback question, which is highly relevant for management to review during this event or at a later stage. As part of our service, we discuss with management what insight they would like to learn from their employees.
​
Once all the cubes have been obtained, the teams have to collaboratively work together to assemble your brand.
