Team building format
The Crystal Challenge themed event where teams compete in a range of games in order to win the most crystals. Hosted by our wacky presenter “Richard O’Blimey”, teams visit activity zones that are categorized Physical, Mental, Mystery and Skill.
Challenges can include:
Physical Team Tower – Teams re-build the tower on an opposite space without placing a larger block on top of a smaller block.
Mental Barbecue Brainteaser – Teams solve the puzzle and then use the tongs to put the items in the correct place on the barbecue.
Mystery Turf Wars – Teams compete in a game of strategy and sabotage to plant bigger flowers than their neighbours!
Skill Stocks & Shares -Teams complete the jigsaw with their hands in the “stocks”. For each challenge teams are awarded crystals depending on their performance.
The more crystals teams earn, the more time they will have in the Crystal Dome finale.
How it works on a typical day
You can either select your teams, or we can put you in your teams on the day of, 5-8 people per team.
Typically, this event starts with everyone arriving at the venue for a tea and coffee reception.

After an initial briefing by our wacky presenter teams rotate around challenges.
Successful challenges result in crystals.
The team with the most crystals ends up we'll have the maximum time in the Crystal Dome.

Typical schedule:
