We have 25 years of know how across a range of corporate events, including company conferences, fun days, festivals, theme party planning and team building events.
Resources
With knowledge and time came our resources in the form of our 10,000 sq ft warehouse near Swindon. This facility houses most of the kit our clients need for a medium scale event including probs, bars, event furniture, lighting, audio, power, stretch tents as well as team building equipment and basic conference audio visual.

We all know time is your most precious asset and this is where we add real value by becoming an extension of your team through the planning, execution and event strike.
Venue Finding
As event planners we have a wealth of knowledge of UK and European event destinations. We attend a wide range of Meetings and Incentive Travel (MICE) forums to keep abreast of the latests venue developments and hot spots. These include Europe Congress, All About People venues & agents forum and a number of European Convention Bureau events.

Event Supply & Warehouse
Our services extend to event supply from our 10,000 sqft warehouse in Swindon, Wiltshire. This part of our business is a critical part of our event services, as it allows us to offer clients a range of themes and props for parties and infrastructure for company fun days, furniture, stretch tents, power generation and festival vibe events. We also have storage facilities for pre-event fulfilment and event collateral.

As a venue finding agent specifically for our clients events, we have extensive knowledge of most UK destination and many European locations. We also work with venue finding agencies who need additional on the ground event management support. We serve UK destinations and have worked in European locations with extensive knowledge of the following cities Paris, Nice, Monaco, Barcelona, Palma, Madrid, Malaga, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Venice, Rome, and Lisbon, Our team understands venues, transfers and logistics and we work with a number of Destination Management Companies (DMC's).
